Standard Chartered Bank joined hands with the British Deputy High Commission to host a panel discussion

Standard Chartered Bank, under its Diversity & Inclusion platform, collaborated with the British Deputy High Commission to arrange and entertain a jury conference titled �Celebrating Pakistani women: The importance of diversity for business growth� at the British Deputy High Commission, Karachi.

The members included in the jury were Shazad Dada, CEO Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan, Ms. Spenta Kandawala, Board of Director SCB Pakistan, Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan, Ms. Shazia Syed, Chairperson Unilever Pakistan and Ms. Hajra Khan, Captain of the Pakistan�s Women Football Team.

The participants talked about how women influence and contribute to our society in their own unique way and also acknowledged the difficulties or hurdles that women face in making further progress. The members emphasized that with increased safety, educational opportunities and recognition that their voices count, girls and young women have more opportunity than ever to be problem solvers and contribute to building a more safe and sustainable world for everybody.
