Intro

Silkbank was initially founded by the approval and supervision of the State Bank of Pakistan in 2001. Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company’s management acquired then known Prudential Bank whose share were taken up by Mr. ShaukatTarin and Mr. Sadeq Sayeed under the heads IFC, Bank Muscat, Sinthos Capital and Nomura International.
The bank since then has been focusing on SME and Consumer financing with the aim to increase the profitability of it. The bank aims to become the premier bank for trusted customers so that they can get enhanced customer services. At the core of its values, the bank has developed itself to provide continuous benefits to the country being reflected through its employees.
